When you purchase from Novara, you are entering into a contract with Novara Fashion S.r.l.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Prices are displayed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept major credit and debit cards, and selected digital payment methods.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide from our Milan fulfilment centre. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within the EU, and 7–14 business days internationally.
Express shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
4. Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return unworn, unwashed items in original condition and packaging.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, and design — is the property of Novara Fashion S.r.l. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Milan.
