Order Support
For questions about an existing order, please have your order number ready. We can help with tracking, delivery queries, returns, and product questions.
Response Times
We respond to all enquiries within 1 business day. During sale periods and holidays, response times may be slightly longer.
Urgent matters (damaged goods, incorrect items) are prioritised and typically resolved same-day.
Designer Enquiries
If you are a designer interested in selling through Novara, please email hello@novara-demo.com with a portfolio link and brief introduction.
We review designer applications on a rolling basis and respond within 2 weeks.
