Refund & Returns Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Items marked as Archive or Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Email support@novara-demo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 48 hours.

Please pack items securely in the original packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your original order and place a new one.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the fault. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no charge.
